What Happens Once I Sign Up

The process begins with an assessment of your current physical, emotional and mental condition. Initially you will complete a series of online questionnaires.  I will then review your feedback and contact you with a basic assessment and any additional testing that may be required before prescribing your first program.  

I will then design a corrective exercise program to not only address any pain you are experiencing but to focus on the underlying cause of these dysfunctions. The program will enable you to restore optimal health and vitality and enhance your athletic performance.  

Exercise programs generally consist of corrective stretches along with resistance training, energy building and endurance, depending on your needs. You will receive an easy-to-follow detailed description of the program, including acute variables such as intensity, reps, sets, tempo, duration, etc. This information along with video clips of each of your exercises is all available for you to view from your personal login to PTEnhance.
